Our Story

A woman standing at a booth with baked goods, including bread and rolls, under a tent with a sign that reads 'True Grains.' She is smiling and wearing a black apron with the 'True Grains' logo, surrounded by shelves of bread and signs with prices.

At True Grains, our journey began with a simple but powerful discovery: the difference fresh-milled, organic grains make. Once we tasted bread made from wheat we had just stone-milled ourselves, everything changed. The flavor was rich, the texture alive, and the experience unforgettable. We knew we couldn’t keep it to ourselves.

Driven by a passion for real food and honest ingredients, we started milling our own organic grains—slowly, carefully, and with purpose. Stone milling preserves the integrity of the whole grain, retaining its nutrients, flavors, just as nature intended. That process became the soul of our micro bakery.

Every loaf of bread, every pastry, and cookie we make is rooted in this commitment: to use simple, wholesome ingredients and treat them with the respect they deserve. No shortcuts. No fillers. Just true grains, freshly milled and baked into something worth sharing.

We believe bread should nourish, connect, and bring joy. That’s why we do what we do—to share that first warm bite, that deep, wholesome flavor, and the goodness of bread made the way it was meant to be.

Welcome to True Grains. We’re so glad you’re here.
